Thomas Joseph Myslinski, Jr. (born December 7, 1968 in Rome, New York) is a professional American football strength and conditioning coach. He was strength and conditioning coach for the Cleveland Browns until the end of the 2009 season. He is also a former National Football League offensive lineman. He was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1992 NFL Draft and played nine seasons in the NFL for seven different teams. He was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 1995 NFL Expansion Draft.
Myslinski played college football at the University of Tennessee and was a letterman in football and track & field.
